English Communication As A Skill: It's Importance & Usefulness

While interacting with people beyond our geographic boundaries, we have to communicate in others' language/languages and hence it become important and needful to learn such language/languages. As 'English' language commonly understood worldwide people interacting must have the skill of speaking of this language.
